Administrative Trainer REsponsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily training operations for students and instructors
  • Assist with onboarding and enrollment for new students
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, certifications, and training documentation

  • Schedule classes, testing dates, orientations, and instructor assignments

  • Support students throughout the training process and answer program-related questions

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and training requirements

  • Prepare training materials, classroom resources, and administrative paperwork
